The indoor arena comes with a size of 23 x 40 m. It is completely insulated which makes riding at all kind of weather circumstances a pleasure. The footing consits of a sand/ fleece mix which is still high quality even though it has already been used for nearly four years now. The automatic sprinkling system adds on to ideal footing conditions and furthermore serves for an dust-free climate. Due to the windows all around the arena is light-flooded and friendly. Together with the electric lighting taking photos and making films is possible without having to use blitz chesses.

 

The stable wing attached to the arena gives room to another 14 horses. Each single stable has again an outside window which does not only make the stable light but also serves for fresh air. To the outside above the horses' heads a special wind break fabric is affixed which prevents draft but serves for an ideal air exchange.

 

 

The outside arena with sand ground can be used both as dressage and as jumping arena. With its measurement of  20 x 60 meter it stands up to international standard. On the patio and between the indoor and the outside arena people can sit down and follow the training.

 

 

The tournament horses are placed in the front stable building. Here, 21 big single stables with outside view can be found. Due to its height and a well-thought-out aeration system, ideal conditions for the horses are given, airy, but without draft.

 

 

In this building, rooms such as the stable office, tack rooms and washing- and clean-up places for the horses can also be found on the first level. On the second levels are two apartments for employees of the stud.

 

 

 

The completely covered horse walker with automatic sprinkling system can accommodate six horses. In the middle a longe arena with a diameter of 18 meters supports good training for the horse.

 

 

The height of five meters always serves for good air-conditioning and barely any dusting. Due to the clinker walls the possibilty of injuries of the horses is cut down low.

Approximately 16 hectare training ground await horse and rider at Gestüt Woldsee. Two outdoor jumping arenas with about 30 different fences and a wall invite to show jumping. A race track and forest trails answer all wishes of rider and horse regarding training variety.

 

 

Jumping grounds

The two existing arenas give horse and rider the best possible training conditions in all weather circumstances.

 

 

The ground with sand surface is equipped with a self-constructed water-niveau-system due to which it can be used during the whole year. With a measurement of 32 x 68 meters it is quite sizable and allows even the work with young horses and their first jumping experiences.

 

Excellent preparation of the horses for outdoor tournaments on turf is possible on the 60 x 60 meter ground with lawn surface.

 

 

Dressage arena

The dressage arena, measuring 60 x 25 metres, has the same water-niveau-system as our jumping area. Of having therefore an excellent soil quality, the arena can be used at almost any weather. The comfortable size of the dressage arena, offers the opportunity of training on a high niveau.

 

 

 

Round pen

The new round pen with a diamenter of 20 metres and a 1.60m fence has been finished.

 

 

 

Paddocks

The stable complex has got six sand paddocks of different sizes. Therefore horses can be given free time and relaxation in fresh air without any kind of pressure.
